It was great to see the S.A.M.M.I. Fund on BBC Look North earlier this month. After our press release was sent out, Health reporter Vicky Johnson got in touch and arranged to film with Sammi at Flex Health in Hull. She also spoke to two other wheelchair users about how important physiotherapy is.
Sammi wanted to raise awareness about how wheelchair users are losing out on essential physiotherapy treatment because they are struggling to get referral letters from their GPs.
